Gingerbread Workshop with Santa Plus Pizza

Your membership request uses the name, email, and phone number you entered above.
Use MM/DD/YYYY for your birthday, such as 04/27/1990. You can type eight digits and the slashes will be added automatically. Your access code must be 8–72 characters. Add a spouse, partner, and children to your roster anytime from the VIP Membership page.
Sending this request saves your membership details but does not collect payment, start automatic renewal, or activate benefits. Verify or sign into the matching MWD account, accept the annual-renewal terms, and pay $65 securely through Square. The 20% discount, birthday session, and priority booking activate after the full payment is verified, so this booking is reviewed as a standard request until then.
